Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at Click Account then Sign up/Login page will appear. Fill in your particulars. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list. With our newsletter emails, you will be updated with sale notifications, new arrival updates and special discount coupons!

To make an order, you must first login to your account. Add items to your bag by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. A dropdown alert will show you that your item has been added to cart. Just leave the alert to continue shopping or click “CHECKOUT” if you would like to proceed to payment. Payment can be made accordingly and please make sure your delivery details entered are correct.

The cost of deliveries varies by location & weight. Currently we use Easy Parcel platform for deliveries (Semenanjung Malaysia & Sabah/Sarawak) and the shipping fee is displayed during check out. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

Standard deliveries usually take 2 -5 days, depends on location and couriers as well. But we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. 

We use a variety of couriers available on Easy Parcel platform, primarily Poslaju & Nationwide Express for local deliveries.

We use Billplz payment platform which enables customer to make payment through online banking or credit/debit card.

Only 1 discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes do not apply to products that are on special offer. Where a basket contains a mixture of full-priced products and those on special offer, the discount will only apply to the full-priced products. 

If you contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order we can usually make any changes required. After this point, we can’t promise we will be able to, but don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the details below who will do all they can to help you.

Orders received cannot be returned for exchange unless you received incorrect items or defective items.

You may return the incorrect or defective items to us within 7 days. The goods must be unopened and in the same condition they were received in – any items returned in conditions that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for exchange and will not be sent back to you.

To return the goods, kindly contact our customer service team within 48 hours after items are received to arrange the return.
